General terms:
You can use any asset personally and commercially.
You can modify/ adapt the asset.
You can NOT re-distribute the files, no matter how much you modify it, you can use it but not share or re-sell it as an asset.
You can modify the items as you like but for your end product only. You can't sell, share, or distribute the derivative work as an stock item
I DO NOT authorize my assets to be used for selling NFTs
YOU CANNOT sell this asset in Print on Demand website or any physical items, t-shirts or etc
You CAN use this on open source projects, even if the project is open to modification, you can use but appropriate credit is needed. The project also need the correspondent txt file (license.txt) of the asset on the open source project.
You must give appropriate credit.
You don't need to give credit, unless its an open source project, in this case appropriate credit is needed.

Commissions
Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service.

Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
Payment
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
Commissions can be paid through Paypal or Payoneer.
Process and delivery
As commissioning pixel art is not my primary job, I cannot work exclusively on the commission and cannot respond emails fast as I want.
The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other works.
Before I finish the piece, I will send you a draft work so you can give me some feedback.
Revisions
You can ask for any changes before the sketch approval
If you wish for me to change something in the piece you have previously approved, I can charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
Copyright and usage
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You can use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
Cancellation and refund policy
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
